Simfra is a single-binary AWS cloud emulator. It runs 88 AWS services (5,029 operations) on a single port, with full IAM policy enforcement, cross-service integrations, and a web console. No AWS account required.

You can go from zero to running AWS CLI commands against a local environment in under 5 minutes.
